 WHO WE ARE

The Center directs support and assistance to UBalt students interested in building or growing an enterprise. We do this through support, culture, events, education and research, and connecting with the business community. WHAT WE DO

The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation encourages and supports entrepreneurial learning among students, alumni and faculty. CEI directly assists and supports students and young alumni interested in building or growing an enterprise. This is accomplished through support, culture, competitions, events, education, research, and relationships within the business community.

Competitions

The Center sponsors two business pitch competitions each year. The coaching team prepares students and recent alumni for local and national competitions as well.

Ope Thomas Graduate of the Ratcliffe Entrepreneurship Fellows Program

UBalt Entrepreneurship Fellows Program

The program balances classroom theory with periods of practical, hands-on experience, prior to graduation. Through the Fellows Program, students are able to engage in an alternative academic study—gaining practical experience by working side-by-side with expert entrepreneurs and faculty, all while receiving a fully-funded scholarships for four semesters.
