Digital Signage Request

Digital Signage Posting Policy

There is one digital display in Robert L. Bogomolny Library, within direct line of sight of the main library entrance. Content submitted via the form below will be published to this screen.

Signage using the University of Baltimore name or logo must comply with the University of Baltimore brand guidelines. Digital signage request forms must be submitted 7 days prior to the event date. Any requests submitted after 7 days prior to event will be left to the discretion of Robert L. Bogomolny Library staff. Digital signage can run up to 14 days prior to the event date and will be removed after the event has been completed.

Note: Robert L. Bogomolny Library may, at any time, and in order to better promote library services and activities, limit the number of non-library signs running on our digital display.

Along with required event information, event organizers can elect to upload poster art to accompany their material. Submitted art should be at least 300 dpi in resolution and have a dimension of 1920x1080 pixels.  Art submitted at 1920x1080 and including all pertinent information will be published “as is” on the digital signage displays.

Art can be submitted in the following formats: .jpg OR .png

The Robert L. Bogomolny Library digital display is highly visible to both the UBalt community and visitors to our campus. In striving to represent our university at its best, we aim to provide correct and timely information through this medium. Submitted art and information should be thoroughly proofread and compliant with the University of Baltimore Graphics Standard and Editorial Style Guide. Events submitted with obvious or excessive errors will be returned for revisions.

To submit now, complete the digital signage request form below. Should you have any questions about the process, please contact Kyle Breneman (kbreneman@ubalt.edu  or call 410.837.5827).
