Capturing photographs for Commencement is important, and there are multiple opportunities for students.
For one day during the Fall semester and two days during the Spring semester, a professional photographer* is available during Grad Fest to take cap and gown portraits. The students will be able to use loaner regalia, including stoles, for the portraits. Eligible graduates will be emailed the month prior with links to sign up. Appointments are required and there is no sitting fee. These photographs are taken free of charge with no obligation to order.

The UBalt commencement ceremony will be recorded so that graduates' family and friends may watch even if they cannot attend the actual ceremony. There will be a livestream of the ceremony that is linked on the main commencement webpage.
A few days after the ceremony, video of the event will be available at www.ubalt.edu/commencement. The webcasts page is where previous commencements can be viewed. Additionally, the University's Office of Technology Services can provide a copy of the recording in DVD format for $5. If you wish to take advantage of this service, you will need to provide your own disc.
Commencement Flowers will be on hand to sell flowers in the lobby, however you can also pre-order your flowers if you'd like to order them in advance.
