All transcript requests must be made online through
the student portal; transcript requests are not processed
in the records office.

Transcript Types and Fees

Electronic
While electronic transcripts are considered official as long as the document has not been altered, be sure to confirm with your recipient that they accept this format before ordering.
Cost: $10

Paper
A paper transcript is considered official only as long as it remains in its sealed envelope. Do not open the sealed envelope if you are forwarding the document to another party.
Cost: $10

Through our online electronic transcript request and fulfillment process, you have:

Ordering Instructions

Students with MyUBalt Access

Log into the MyUBalt portal and under “Tools” select “Official Transcript Request.” From there, you’ll be guided through the transcript request process.

Students Without MyUBalt Access

Create an account through Parchment Exchange, where you’ll be guided through the transcript request process. Be sure to save your login information for future requests. If you have already created a Parchment account AND have been away from UBalt for two major terms, your Parchment account will have to be re-created with your current email address.
