Chapter 35 - Survivor and Dependents Educational Assistance

 

 

As a new student to UBalt, please complete teh following list to utilize your Survivor/Dependent Benefits:

1. Complete VA Form 22-5490, Application for Educational Benefits, online.
2. Submit a copy of Certificate of Eligibility.
3. Complete the Veteran Semester Enrollment Form once you have enrolled in your courses.
4. Review UBalt Veterans Benefits Checklist.
5. Submit all paperwork to UBalt's Office of Financial Aid.
