Faculty interested in having a Career and Internship Center representative provide
a Strengths presentation, please use this form to make the request.
Requests for bulk codes coming from a club or student organization can be made through
emailing careercenter@ubalt.edu. The request then will be forwarded to the Assistant Director of Employer Relations
to coordinate the logistics (when and where), and the type of presentation desired.
Below are some examples of classroom presentations available:
Students enrolled in IDIS 101 will be exposed to StrengthsQuest as part of their course
assignment. Students will take the assessment, bring the results to class and participate
in a workshop. The workshop will introduce students to Strengths, how it is used and
why. The goal if this workshop is for students to recognize and articulate their top
five talent themes.
Provides background of Strengths and introduces students to their top five talent
themes. Students will practice articulating their five talent themes, identify their
balcony and basement themes and practice writing how they currently use their strengths
academically and/or professionally.
Dives into the importance of building a diverse team. Students will gain an understanding
of their own talent themes, barriers label and focus on the four domains of Strengths
and their individual contribution to the team.
