Important Deadlines

There are two key deadlines international students need to remember:

    1. Application Deadline: Apply for admission and submit all required academic credentials.
    2. Visa Document Deadline: Submit necessary documents for visa purposes once admitted.

 

Undergraduate Applicants

  • First-time and Transfer students may apply for Fall (August) or Spring (January).

Graduate Applicants

Most graduate programs accept applications for Fall (August) or Spring (January), except for:

  • M.S. in Artificial Intelligence for Business: applicants may apply only for fall semester only and are considered on a rolling basis
  • M.S. in Human Services Administration: applicants may apply only for fall semester only and are considered on a rolling basis
  • D.Sc. in Information and Interaction Design: applicants may apply only for fall semester only and are considered on a rolling basis

School of Law

Applicants should refer to the specific application requirements for the School of Law. 

Students Outside the U.S.:

Allow extra time to apply for a U.S. visa and make travel arrangements at a U.S. embassy or consulate. Submit all visa documents at least 3 months before the program start date:

  • Fall Semester: June 1

  • Spring Semester: November 1

 

Students Residing in the United States

  • For F-1 visa holders, complete visa documents within 60 days of graduation or discontinuing attendance, or within 60 days of the end date for Optional Practical Training (OPT).

  • Students with a non-F-1 status should contact us for specific instructions.
