The University of Baltimore (UBALT) and the Office of Student Support (OSS) frequently receives requests for Student Conduct or disciplinary records checks for current and former UBalt students for the following purposes:
The student conduct records check will verify that the individual, as a current or former student, whether they have violated the Student Code of Conduct, Academic Integrity, Non-Discrimination or Sexual Discrimination Policy. If there has been a violation OSS will share if there were sanctions, completion status, and whether the student is currently in good standing with the institution.
The institution or agency to which the current or former student is applying should provide a clearance form that includes a privacy waiver. If no waiver is provided the University will not release information without the expressed consent of the current or former student.
To help expedite this process we have created the following chart to assist those requesting information.
