DURING COVID-19, THE BEE CARD OFFICE IS OPERATING VIRTUALLY, AND BEE CARDS ARE BEING
MAILED.
Need a new Bee Card? Not a problem.
Contact the Bee Card office at beecard@ubalt.edu for assistance. There is a $20 replacement
fee for all lost or damaged cards.
Students:
A replacement charge of $20 will appear on your student account.
Like a library fine, this charge will need to be paid prior to the next registration
period or graduation. You can pay with cash, credit or Campus Cash at the Office of
the Bursar (Academic Center, Room 127).
If you card is stolen please bring a copy of the police or incident report to the
office and your card will be replaced at no charge.
Faculty/Staff:
You must first pay a replacement charge of $20 with cash or a credit card at the Office
of the Bursar. This can be done by phone, and the receipt can be emailed to beecard@ubalt.edu.
