The Freshman Next Steps for Admitted Students Checklist is a resource that helps ensure you complete all the necessary steps to becoming a UBalt student -- from accepting your offer of admission and registering for classes to attending orientation and paying your tuition and fees.

UBs state-of-the-art emergency text alert system is designed for the campus community.

1. Sign in to the MyUB portal.
2. Under tools, click on the "Campus Text Alert System" icon.
3. You will be redirected to the setup page. Follow the instructions.
4. Have your cell phone with you and turned on.

Plan your route to and from campus or learn more about the many public transportation options available to you (visit www.ubalt.edu/directions). If you are driving to campus, don't forget to purchase a parking pass (visit www.ubalt.edu/parking).

Visit the Welcome Week page for a full schedule of events happening the first week of the semester. Welcome week events provide great opportunities to build community, connect to resources and experience all that UBalt and Baltimore have to offer.

Bee Involved is your gateway to get involved with UBalt student organizations and campus involvement. Your account will allow you to browse student organizations, start a new student organization, register for upcoming events, find out leadership opportunities, and access additional resources.
