Student, Faculty, Staff will receive a computer account called a Netid or netid@ubalt.edu to access most technology resources on or off campus.

Hours for the Call Center and Media/Classroom support:
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 9:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Sunday: Closed
