Procedure for Class Visits 

Special Collections and Archives provides tours and instructional sessions for undergraduate and graduate courses. UBalt faculty should contact us as early as possible in the academic term to schedule a sesson. Advance notice is required before a class visit. Please forward the following information to specialcollections@ubalt.edu:

1. Proposed date and time
2. Preferred duration of the session
3. Course title and number
4. Number of students in your class 
5. Specific topics you would like covered in the session
6. Whether students will be doing archival research following their visit
