QUICK EXIT

It is a required tutorial for all incoming University of Baltimore students. The tutorial covers a range of topics around sexual assault prevention and resources available to students at The University of Baltimore.

For this reason, the UBaltrequired training course ensures that each incoming student receives the same important and relevant information about sexual harassment prevention and other misconduct prior to joining the UBaltcommunity. By completing the training, you are supporting our goal to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

For general support you can visit Everfi Learner Support a website devoted to troubleshooting that contains a lot of information as well as the minimum system requirements to run their courses. This website is updated regularly.  

Any issues that cannot be resolved via StudentSupport@ubalt.eduwill be referred to TitleIXMatters@ubalt.edu to work directly with Everfi to resolve outstanding issue.

The initial due date is automated by the tutorial platform. Students will continue to receive notifications from the platform until they have completed the tutorial. We encourage you to complete it as soon as possible to prevent any registration issues.  
All students must complete the tutorial prior to the beginning of the semester to prevent registration holds or issues from occurring.  

Unfortunately access to the tutorial is unable to be created at the same time as UBalt credentials. It typically takes a full overnight cycle for students to gain access to the tutorial. If it is the same day that you have received access to your UBalt email and MyUB portal, more than likely your access will not be available until the following day.
